- Located in the heart of the Guildford/Surrey business district, Sandman Suites Guildford is a newly built (2003) property offering 88 suites with full kitchens, separate king size bedrooms and living rooms with double sofa beds. With easy access from Highway 1 east or west and Highway 10, Sandman Suites Guildford is complemented by Moxie's Classic Grill Restaurant and Lounge. Surrey's largest recreation center is one block away. Eleven floors are open and remainder will be completed by June 2003. The remaining floors, along with Moxie's Classic Bar and Grill open in June of 2003 when construction is complete.
