The location of this hotel was very good, right off 70. Hotels all over the area were fully booked because of several big events (Chiefs home game, Nascar event, Royals home game, marching band competition) in the area, so we ended up paying more than this room was worth. The room was quite small, but it was clean, with a comfortable bed and the staff was nice. We didn't eat at the hotel at all because both mornings the breakfast room was quite crowded. We went to Bob Evan's both mornings, as it was very nearby. Overall, it's a fine hotel, but, the room was not worth the $*/night including taxes and fees, that we paid.

We stayed at the Blue Springs Days Inn as we were traveling thru to visit family. WE knew that we would not be able to make the trip in one day now that we are traveling with small kids. I found the receptionist at the desk to be very nice and pleasant for being 10:30 pm when we finally reached the hotel. the Pool and the sauna were closed at that time. The kids were hyper and we wanted something that would be ale to get their energy out after a long days drive in the car and that is why we booked the hotel with a pool. She was very understanding, and she actually opened the pool up for an extra 15 minutes just so the kids could burn some energy. WE made sure the kids were quiet so as not to disturb other guests. the bathroom was pretty small for us, And it only had a shower with no tub. That is difficult to bath small kids in. We could hear other guests walking up and down the hall, But we all got a good night sleep. Th continental breakfast was a little less than desired. I found the pastry and muffins a bit stale, and the there was no fruit offered. Kids found the cereal to meet their expectations. Overall, not a bad stay, but we only stayed one night.

My friend and I flew into town to see a Chiefs game and stayed the weekend at the Days Inn. The desk employees were very nice and helpful with getting around town. Tons of restraunts and shopping close by. The hotel room was very clean and had a really cool flat screen t.v. If your trip to this area includes a Chiefs or Royals game, I highly suggest this hotel. The location is awesome! When we set out for Arrowhead stadium, we gave ourself an hour and a half with the expectation of heavy traffic and the possibility of navigation trouble. To our surprize, we were parked in the stadium lot in less than 30 minutes!

Everything was on the small side, but so was the price. The room was small but clean and furnished with a ref and microwave which is always nice. The staff was great. Very helpful. The pool was small but we were the only ones down there both evenings. The location right off hwy 7 and I-70 couldn't have been any better. Breakfast was fine and there was always plenty of what they offered the only thing I would have liked to see was some sort of fruit available. No more time than we spend in a hotel room when we travel this suited our purpose just fine.
